ProofreadMyDocument.com.au offers professional proofreading and editing services. Here you can get help from a professional proofreader. Everything seems to be clear and reliable except one thing: why do this company uses Australian domain, but is located in Africa?? Sounds suspicious. However, I had no time to look for another editing services and I placed an order here.

The company offers a wide range of services, including proofreading for native students, dyslexic students, academic proofreading, formatting services, business proofreading, and individual services, such as CV and manuscript proofreading.
Prices
All prices are per 1,000 words. For example, if you are native English speaker, you will pay less than International and ESL students. Isn’t it a discrimination??!! I am an International student, so why should I pay more?? Am I worse?? The previous Editing company seemed to be more friendly, cause they had equal prices for all students and adults, and those prices were much cheaper.
So, my total bill was 56,25 AUD for my essay of 1500 words. Furthermore, I didn’t get any discounts…
Order process
The order process is quite odd. Firstly, you have to upload your document that needs to be edited, and only after than comes a registration. The company uses Microsoft Track Changes for all of the documents that they proofread, edit and format. Thus, I can clearly see which parts of the text were edited and corrected.
Quality of paper and Support
The paper I received was thoroughly proofread, however the editor had deleted some parts of the text without my permission! I just wanted someone to check grammar errors and formatting, but this person was brave enough to change the initial text! When I tried to access Support and complain on this issue, I was promised that someone will get back to me within 1 hour. Nevertheless, I didn’t get any return.
Conclusion
The company works well, but not professional. Ordering here you will never know what to expect from your editor. In addition, the prices are rather expensive.
